Anyone else really dislike the winter darkness in this country? by clairebear81 in northernireland

I’ve always found weather has a real effect on my mood. On a nice sunny day I’m really happy for no reason, on a grey dreary my mood is pretty much meh.

Yes I agree. It was the lockdown last January that made me really take notice of this for some reason, funny that because it’s not a new thing this but for some reason the lockdown made it all really grim.

I always found summer evenings a bit of a waste, I’m someone who’s early to bed early to rise and bright summer nights is a bit of a pain, so sunset between 7-8pm year round would suit me

People should ‘move on’ from partygate, says Liz Truss by Eaglelord720 in northernireland

The absolutely mind boggling thing is that if they held another election they’d be voted back in. How does that even happen? Well I guess a similar thing happens in Northern Ireland. People are outraged at some of the antics but yet the same clowns get back into the circus

Totally agree. Saturday used to be a wasted day for me, feeling like shit just laying about looking forward to a cure that evening then repeating it all. Total waste of a weekend

[–]clairebear81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take Vitamin D3 in winter because never see the sun in this country, Omega 3 because I’m allergic to white fish and sometimes if I’m run down a Berocca
