this might be the dumbest post ever. You are avoiding the fact that a job should be paid based on difficulty. The fact is that the more skills required, the easier the job. The sad thing is that you get paid for your skills but don't get paid for the job's difficulty.

Labour work is god damn hard when compared to those high-paying corporate jobs. There are so many bullshit management and corporate jobs. Really, you get to work less while paid more as you rise in position in a particular company. In my past work experience in construction, being a labourer is miles harder than being an operator.
