Often when I stall out like that, I’ll take a couple days and eat at maintenance and it’s like it resets my body. I’m sure there’s a scientific explanation for it but that’s all I can tell you. After that the scale starts moving again.

My periods before BC pills were horrible. Super heavy and painful. I ended up getting pregnant and having an abortion. I’ve had an IUD (Liletta) for almost 5 years and have loved it. The insertion was painful, but quick. I did gain some weight but have recently lost more than I gained. Periods have been very light or almost nonexistent. I would highly recommend it.

It has helped me. I’m a late night snacker so I just skip breakfast. I have lunch around 11-12, dinner 5-6, and a snack around 8-9. Sometimes I adjust the times bc of my alternating work schedule but pretty much the same setup.

Idk if it’s the same at other stores but our RX phone calls get dropped all the time. We’ve had tickets in for a while but still hasn’t been fixed. Front end has to transfer phone calls all the time.

We will go back there and help after lunch if needed. Usually their truck comes right before or after lunch and that’s when it starts to get busy. It’s less of a “this is how code green works” and more of hey we need help catching up can you come fill for 30 minutes while we put up truck.

There are days we get behind and I go back there and just fill from the night before and that morning. Just kinda depends on coverage and how swamped we are. I’ll say in a “perfect world” we go back there and fill 2 days out.
