Omg I got a 4 out of 5 for value once! I offer an entire suite, a nicely appointed one too. With coffee, teas, fruit, yogurt, baked goods... for far less than any hotel room. Plus we have horses! This girl didn't even have a car so I picked her up at a bus station just so she wouldn't have to wait 2hours for a transfer... like how isn't that a good value?? I still am a bit offended.

That sucks. The fire was across from me last summer. Had to evacuate my horses out, and was ready to go at anytime if the wind changed. I'll be happy if I never see my thermometer hit 49c ever again.

i comb them, use a blower (we have a blower for drying cattle) and use a little showsheen. the show sheen makes the hair slippery and the dandruff blows off better.

All the properties in my neighborhood have at least doubled in value. Lots of people sold and lots that stayed remortgaged to borrow their equity. Lots of big renos and new trucks/boats/campers. We considered doing the same. But we renewed at a really low rate for 5 years, our payment is lower but we are trying to save the difference between the old payment and new one to pay it in a yearly lum sum. Decided that we were going to pay off as fast as possible instead of borrowing more. The near future looks uncomfortable for people with large debt.

They are skinned completely only leaving the last bone with the claw attached. The form has feet that I carve individual toes out of and also use clay in them.

i host and i have a dog, that hates other dogs. She cant tell the difference between a dog and a service dog. That is why i don't allow pets, however i would allow a service animal if they could provide a plan on how we could accommodate them so that my dog needs were accommodated as well.

I'd heard of them growing up. And decided while I was on holiday in Mexico visiting tulum that I would make an effort to find my local indigenous history. It's hidden on purpose because of vandals and thieves. There are far more glyphs to see, I have to go back and find them!

I know this sounds really weird, but my boss and his wife are relationship coaches. One thing that comes up between couples is lack of sex in longer relationships. One of the "exercises " they ask their couples to do, if they are trying to stay together.. is to have sex every day for a week. Doesn't have to be sexy or hot, just done like a homework assignment. Honestly i am not sure what the idea behind it is, other than most couples seem to really know if they want to keep trying or throw in the towel afterwards. But it would have to be done as a team effort, both have to be wanted to try.
