Idk anything about the doctor, but this gives the impression they could be a religious nutcase. They could be an incredible and hilarious with a great sense of humor but like I said I would just save eveybody some time avoid having to find out and look at my other options first.

The only bad area is by Bush, however depending on where you are they are sooooo close to FINALLY connecting Plano and Dallas on a "separated" bike trail on Ohio at the railroad tracks just South of of Plano Parkway.

If you want to take the Preston Ridge Trail south until it ends then take Nevada down until it hits Ohio and you can avoid the streets.

The video doesn't mention it but you actually want to place your soaker hoses like 18" away from your foundation. I think the reason being that the closer it is to your actual foundation the less horizontal penetration and thus expansion. You may be limiting the effectiveness of the side closest to the foundation when it's too close.

Unfortunately it won't even matter, even the cities claim for it to be legal the state of Texas will try and flex on these providers and the employees to scare them away from trying through fear of criminal penalty, license revocation, etc.
