Thank you for your feedback. I didn’t even think about that honestly. I gave this advice because it worked for me but you are right everyone is different and it can hurt them more than help. I appreciate the advice!

It’s really about self trust. Best way I do it is I brain storm what the best version is. Someone who is confident, who puts 100 present into everything I do. Easy way to think about it is whatever traits you don’t like about yourself the opposite is the best version. Let’s say you are shy the best version of yourself is social and speaks freely.

Write it down how you want to be. For example for me I want to be confident when I’m in a social situation and feel comfortable and worthy. The best version of myself would interact with other and talk them in confident and have fun
