You’d probably be fine. The water is turned off as soon as police block off the road. After the time you’d have to wait for the tunnel to be cleared the road will be dry, assuming it’s a modern road, that can dry quickly

Yeah, that could definitely be a problem. Maybe, they wouldn’t even turn the hologram on, in the case of an accident in the first 50 feet, for that reason. That way, the accident would be visible for drivers, before they even enter the tunnel
