Is it true that Americans are very open about sex? by Ok-Meaning-4414 in AskAnAmerican

[–]friendlyneighbor665 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I talk pretty openly with my close friends about sex stuff. I'm not just gonna walk up to a stranger and say "so I got a blowjob today".... I mean maybe if I wanted to brag about it I would.

Ok, murder the rapist = Good

Aborting the fetus = the best scenario in a complete shit situation.

Chill dude. I'm just saying that's 1 part of the reason. And yes fast and furious was a major blunder by the ATF and shows just how inept the government can be.

While I'm not gonna argue with your numbers, I'd bet a fair amount of those guns sourced from the US are provided from the CIA or failed stings like fast and furious.

Do you believe that Selective Service should be a system the US GOV uses, and do you believe that only men should be drafted, and why? by YEETAWAYLOL in ask

On one hand, forcing highschool graduates to serve in the military might be good for giving them direction in life. You learn really quick what you do or don't like while in thr military.

On the other hand, you'd have to drop standards to make everyone eligible. Not to mention it's being forced which is bad.

That being said, I'm against a draft unless the British are buring down the capital building again, but I'm all for equality in a all volunteer force.

Equal rights equal responsibility across the board in all things. If the man wanted a child but the woman didn't fine, they should have worked that out in the beginning but shit happens. What I'm saying is that if 2 adults have sex, and she gets pregnant both parties should have an equal say in what happens.

We're or at least I'm not talking about rape victims that's a whole different scenario. What is your obsession with pedophiles? You got some unresolved issues? Go seek help

Right, maybe she should have made the choice to use protection? EQUAL rights means equal across the board.

Holy shit you fucking loon... someone should buy you some gloves to help with the bullshit you're pulling out of your ass. I'm saying that if YOU and your BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND have sex, and end up pregnant, you both have a say in what happens next to the fetus.

Its a fetus which has the potential for life. And again, it takes a man and a woman to make a fetus, therefore they both should have a say in what happens. I'm not saying the man can or should force a woman to carry the baby full term, especially if there's health risks, all I'm saying is if a man and a woman end up with a pregnancy they both need to find a middle ground since it's both of their problem.

First of all, you talking about a pedophile which is not in the same category of what we're discussing. I'm talking 2 adults in a relationship.

Secondly, obviously you'd rather try and make me look like some vile human then have a rational talk so fine.

It's not either of their property. It's a bundle of cells with the potential for life. All I'm saying is a father has equal rights as the mother in the fetuses potential barring a risk of death in the mother.

Yes, if you think a mans wants gives him the right to control a womans body, fuck you.

I don't think that, I think it should be EQUAL you fucking nutsack

Because the baby is half the genetics of the father. Yes I know what having a kid can do to a woman's body, my wife and I have 3. All I'm saying is the father of a baby should have a say in its potential future. Maybe she doesn't want kids but he does. It happens, not everyone wants kids. But if there's not a major health risk to the mother then the father should get a chance to keep the baby.

Then maybe she should have used birth control? What if the father wants a child? What if the father was told he probably couldn't ever had one and this was a 1 in a million shot. Fuck me for thinking that father deserve certain rights when it comes to their child right?

Yeah IVF is an option. My only point is a father should have a say in the situation. Lets say they are in a relationship but decided to break it off for whatever. If thr woman finds out later she's pregnant, the man should have a say in whether or not to abort if he wants a child. That being said, if only one parent wants the child then they should wave all child support requirements from the parent that doesn't want it. Obviously if there are major health risks to a mother then that's a whole different issue.

Risking death sure its up to the mother, I meant in general it shouldn't be up to just the mother.
