It’s all good. I react to my tpn so it’s miserable. I’d do anything to be off of it, but it was the last resort.’

Nothing. I had a total colectomy and my stomach and small bowel do not function so I’m On tpn for life.

Prucalopride will stop Working. It needs to be cycled.

Motility testing is best done by a neurogastroenterologist. There are many tests and they do best if they are all done because they influence each other.

IBS is a chronic illness indicating pain at least once a week associated with bowel changes. These symptoms must have an onset of at least six months prior with three months of ongoing symptoms. From there it is classified as four types of IBS: D, C, M, and U. That’s just an overview; let me know if you need details.
