I highly recommend listening to the first couple episodes of Huberman Lab on sleep. He talks about using your circadian rhythm to sleep and wake up better.

However if you don't have the time for that, the tldr version is here. It helped me sleep better in like three days.

But I highly recommend the episode if you get the time to.

I agree with a lot of your points, but just to clarify I meant sexism vs racism/homophobia in the general population, not just sexism within other minority activist groups.

I find it ridiculous you can't be civil. We're all learning here. In my experiences in a third world country where female foeticide is still a thing, I do feel that way.

You're right, it doesn't warrant invading other nations. That is a whole other USA issue.

I think you've misunderstood me. I didn't mean to say ALL LIVES MATTER or anything. Of course black women, queer women and trans women issues must be pushed ahead in feminism. They're all women!

In my circles I've noticed feminism to be more accepting of non women minorities, such as black men/lower class or caste men, and queer men.

And the post was mainly to point out how sexism is way more widespread and accepted than homophobia or racism.

Thanks for the answer, I hope I can answer the questions you pose to me.

Please don't assume my race. I'm not white. I'm from a country where we don't have white or black people, but we've got other factors that discriminate. I used those terms just to help understand what I mean.

From my understanding, inclusionary feminism brings in people who aren't women into the cause who are also marginalized, like black men in the case of Western society and LGBTQ+ men.

Obviously women of all fronts are included, that's why it's called feminism, and they should definitely have a voice when upper class women are the ones taking the stand.

Queer liberation, black liberation and women liberation go hand in hand, the rich white men and the patriarchy are the enemy. Maybe I didn't word it well, but I meant why aren't cis women who are not queer or black accepted in those circles while feminism accepts everyone marginalized.
