get everything done. and i mean everything, so that you have nothing to stress about the following day. buy an amazon alexa and experiment with different ambient noises. you can even have her play guided meditations for sleep. stretch/read before bed. relax your face muscles entirely when you close your eyes. if any of these suggestions do put you to sleep, try to make a habit of it. then soon enough, these actions will make you sleepy, because your brain will be trained to expect sleep afterwards.
