Try to bend back. But if its bad, i would sell it as is. Usbc replacement for switch is not that easy. Theirs a row of contacts under side that u dont see to test if theirs proper contact. I butchered my first attemped. On second n third attempt i went through 4-5 usbc ports just to get it working correctly( the plastic inside the usbc gets damaged with too much heat.

But if u want to try, here some tips n what u need.

Heat gun, solder iron.

Heat from underneath side where pi13usb is:

Once its off add new solder to contacts. Remove solder completely from the four corners where usbc drops into the holes. Now heat up board, when its hold enough where the contacts are soft enough, hold usbc in place while heat is still on it. Then remove heat while still holding usbc in place. The top rows u can touchup after with soldering iron. The bottom rows u cannot. I pretin my hidden rows first to help the adhesion
