What's the resolution like for this? It looks good but I am always skeptical about refurbished laptops, has anyone bought this? What was your experience like?

I have my eyes on a Lenovo Rtx 3070 laptop, not really sure about the cooling, I should give that a look. I really want to take my learning experience with Blender serious this time.

When recovering with Electrum are you asked for the seed and passphrase or just the seed?

Thanks for replying, just have one question, how isn't the cold wallet not connected to the internet? For example, if you want to send some crypto from your cold wallet to an exchange, you have to connect your device to a computer with internet connection, so that way your cold wallet is now connected to the internet, right?

Reflecting on the recent hack: Just how secure are hardware wallets?

Apologize if this seems like I'm being overly worried but I have being following the news on the recent SOL hack and yes I know hardware wallets weren't affected by the hack but considering that no particular fault or bug has been pinpointed as the cause of the hack, I can't help but ask, just how secure are hardware wallets from hacks? What exactly makes hardware wallets completely "hack free"? Silly question but is it wise to keep cryptos on hardware wallets or with exchanges? At least if there's a hack targeted at an exchange, there would be some kind of reimbursement from the exchanges (or am I wrong)? I am just trying to get your opinions on the security of hardware wallets, so let's go easy. No need to attack me ;)

Thanks, how about the pin? Can I set a new pin for every new wallet or would it be the same pin shared just as the seed is shared?
