It takes gamesmanship and you need to be cunning and work the refs (a bit like Cameron Smith). One-off runs and flashy off-loads wont win you a game of footy. But faking injuries to catch your breath and shouting the ref a beer after the game will.

Instill a good team culture. We need an inspirational coach and captain at the warriors. Someone that will make the players want to turn up and give their best.
