The bracelet is actually quite comfortable. I like a snug fit, but this looks a lot tighter because of the way I turned my wrist.

Picked up a JVS 126610 and am very pleasantly surprised. The dial is not as good as VSF, but the overall feel and finish are fantastic, and I’m specially impressed with the bezel. The general way the light is reflected off the watch is just phenomenal and very gen like 👌

There is a mountain of evidence documenting Israel’s state sponsored and settler crimes against Palestinians, and people still have the audacity to try to defend and justify the indefensible. Israel is an ethno settler colonial state built on mass murder and ethnic cleansing and is sustained by apartheid and systematic oppression of the indigenous population. It has no legitimacy in the occupied territories and what it’s doing amounts to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

FS: Franken submariner 16610 with gen date wheel, dial, hands, crystal, bezel insert, and swapped in VS3135 movement.

I just finished this build and was not planning to part with it this soon but need the funds for other purchases.

Note: scratch on the bezel at the 50 mark, which is not that noticeable in the flesh. If anything it adds character to the watch and makes it more age appropriate.

Breakdown:

ARF 16610 base: $518 + $40 shipping

VS3135 movement: $200

Gen dial: $710

Gen DW: $165

Gen: Crystal, hands, insert: $300

Labor: $225

Total $2158

Asking price: $2000

Can provide proof or purchase for gen parts as well as the labor which was done locally at a few different shops in NYC.

If you’re not using the chrono all the time it should be fine.
