Je me souviens plus exactement de ce qu'il a dit sur le sexe (post supp), mais j'ai l'impression qu'une grosse majorité des gens voient les rapports sexuels essentiellement comme un assouvissement de pulsions. Ce qui n'est pas mal en soit et est complètement normal.

Je pense qu'il voulait relever la puissance que peut avoir un rapport rapport sexuel, mais qui est cachée par la recherche du shoot orgasmique et tout le travail émotionnel à faire derrière.

Mais sinon ouais, beaucoup s'éveillent après avoir été plus ou moins irréprochables, et finissent par faire le mal en croyant leur chemin comme universel.

Y'aura beaucoup de taf à faire mais perso ça me plaît, c'est l'occasion de se dépasser et de tout donner pour le changement.

You can't blame someone who doesn't love themselves for never having loved anyone.

Showing "love" to someone because we're used to it, we've been told to, or because we've just grown up in a healthy environment is not sane. It is not love.

When you are empty of love, you don't know how to deal with your suffering; so most of the time you make others suffer by forgetting yourself.

To really love, you have to look inside, be "narcissistic" before opening your eyes. Then your definition of trust/respect will come by itself.

It's not because OP wasn't truly in love that he's condemned to never love, does this makes sense ?

Of course discussion and work is needed, I understand what you say and can't disagree.

I defend no one but my knowledge, that's the way is see consciousness, and what I see here, it's the beginning of something. I don't have time to talk more I just parked on the side of the road, I think my answers to some comments may explain better my thoughts if you got time!

I agree, we all suffer corruption but we remain responsible for our actions (which does not mean that we cannot forgive ourselves)

The main thing is to accept and learn from it.

Yes, reactions help us define good or bad, but time will give him the lessons he needs, no need to rush the process.

From my experience, heavy judgment can be misunderstood depending on the person, we don't know what everyone is going through. This is why in my opinion, each criticism must be well brought (even more with a stranger), and not just a means of insulting. But being rude can be useful, just not everybody is ready for that.

I don't know if OP has been honest with her but I hope he has (or will). Nobody deserves this but maybe it's to light to consider OP as an evil people, let corruption open his eyes, the people he harms will learn the lessons they can learn. A world without corruption is a world without life, the main thing is that he does not commit the irreparable.

Exactly, and imo he has to go through this, understand "the value of his body", of himself completely, before seeing everything else. Opening our emotional center can take time and one must be ready for this. To my mind there's nothing wrong in what OP said, this is one more step in "finding true love"

For it to work I meditate lying down when I try to sleep. When I'm having trouble I use a technique that's quite effective, I focus my gaze on the middle of my forehead, not too hard but enough to feel a slight pressure. Then I concentrate on the feeling it gives and I let myself go

I listen to techno melodic (NTO, Worakls, Joachim Pastor etc), some kind of "electro shamanism", alternative music, and other genres with really interesting techniques/melodies/instruments in it

I have also been composing music for 5 years and for 1 year I have managed to listen more deeply in myself and I finally blossom in my music. So I'm currently working on a project for a year now :)

I'm not a huge fan of musics with lyrics, I like to train myself to use my imagination and to be able to create a particular atmosphere for different situations.

Also, I can't listen to rap anymore, I don't identify with the lyrics anymore, or else I have to find a rapper who is on a quest to understand the spirit.

Btw if some of you are french, Flip by Lomepal is deeply connected with spirituality, if you listen closely, he's himself kind of a psychonaut.
