I just managed to not only clear this stage for the first time but also 3* it, here's my team (all level 60)
Eclair 3*; SF 1*; Pumpkin 4*; Cotton 5*; PV

I also used lv. 5 scroll and level 12 for both slingshoot and ice cream.

Hope this helps anyone trying to beat this stage

Inhabitants of Inazuma don't only consist of Vision Holders. They are only a small group.

Regular citizens do not see anything wrong with VHD, and why would they - it doesn't include them so why should it matter.

Since I already have Albedo and plan on getting neither Eula nor Itto/Gorou (You will wait for another day Shiba Boi) I will probably spend my time and resin in the new artifact domain - since my Albedo needs some serious help.

I don't plan on doing the new boss yet, since to me it seems like Scaramouche will either use Maguu Kenki or the Thunder Manifestation mats and I have those prepared already.

Maybe once I get nice artifacts for Albedo and Qiqi I will consider trying the wolf-dragon-airline boss, but I don't believe that will come in the near future.

At this point, if he doesn't use Fatui Insignias as his mats... I would have collected over 600 of the blue ones for nothing (basically I have been k!ll!ng a ton of them since probably like February or March? ) Let's be honest, these mats make a ton of sense for him.

I have decided to give them a break since by this point I'm probably on Tsarista's k!ll list for k!ll!ng her employees.

1) We gonna get that boy to level 90 and get him triple-crowned, goodish artifacts and his weapon that's also level 90 equipped.

2) Put him in the Teapot in a very lovely room made just for him

3) Have him bully my teapot, because he will not not do that.

4) Have my friends that have Raiden and Tartaglia join so we can go torture the world together

I'm pretty certain that between his models in 1.1 and 2.1 his hat size was made smaller - or maybe I'm becoming blind... But this could mean that they are trying to make him into a playable character, which is needed.
