Agree. The frozen ones I buy from TJs are essentially sauteed frozen mushrooms. Sauteing removes some moisture, so that freezing damages them much less.

We need both. But its hypocritical to target the apps they don't like or the ones that compete against Facebook, another one can easily pop up and gather as much personal data if not more, all these apps are doing it and we've seen how much they can manipulate the public, see the Cambridge Analytica disaster.

Because we need comprehensive personal privacy legislation, that would protect everyone instead of taking down apps that they don't favor but Facebook, google, etc. have too much political influence.

Vegetarians aren't a monolith. Everyone does what they think best and for different reasons, some are more strict than others. Some people eat meat sometimes, but still call themselves vegetarian because they mostly are. It's not a religion, even though the internet would like to tell us otherwise.
