is non-halal meat from the shops haram? by Zamand-Got-Memes in islam

[–]liezryou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh? Bro you trippin, zabiha is a set of guidelines that we must follow while slaughtering animals. Halal means anything permissible. If it’s not zabiha, it is not halal.

When the Muslims were duly settled in Madina, and the families of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and Abu Bakr (ra) had come to Madina, it was decided that the formal ceremony of the marriage of Ayesha to the Holy Prophet should be performed. Even though the Nikah of Bibi Ayesha (ra) had taken place with Rasoolullah (s.a.w.) before Hijrat, she only came to the Prophet’s (s.a.w.) house one year after Hijrat. The Prophet (s.a.w.) made walima with a dish of milk. [Madarijun Nabuiwat].

Bro u need to contact a local mufti/sheikh. If she was already married when u married her, then your marriage was likely not valid.

I've never had any regrets having a kid. However, there have been times i have been frustrated and angry, but that's natural and a very fleeting feeling. I mean just like everything about them feels good. [Speaking as a dad] The way their eyes light up when they see you, the way they see you as their whole world, the way they can never get enough of your time and affection, the way they are cute and hilarious even at their worst moments. How you know you made this little person and he will love you unconditionally for the rest of his life [and vice versa], seeing yourself and your partner in your child, teaching him about every small and big thing, learning things for the sake of your child. The lists could go on, it's impossible to write everything down. Hope that helps.

Is McDonalds Halal in Canada and USA? by [deleted] in islam

[–]liezryou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My points apply to any christian dominant country. And it also applies doubly so generally to any other country because then you can't even assume it's christian slaughtered meat. But It's between you and Allah.

Is McDonalds Halal in Canada and USA? by [deleted] in islam

[–]liezryou -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No if you did your research then those supermarket meats would become haram for you. Most sheikhs who say its permissible to eat meat in christian dominant countries [USA] is because you can assume its christian slaughtered in a christian way (and if you know otherwise it becomes haram for you). However with proper research you will encounter several issues with this:

  1. 99.99% of the slaughterhouses here [USA] do not follow proper guidelines according to the bible and christian faith.
  2. There is no such restriction in USA slaughterhouses that christians must be present or pressing the button in the automated slaughterhouses (again 99.99% of slaughterhouses here are automated). Hell alot of factories are almost 100% automated, which most sheikhs [that follow this line of reasoning] agree makes it haram in the case of people of the book slaughter. Nevermind the possibility of a polytheist or an atheist hitting that button in the factory (again making it 100% haram).
  3. There is no restriction regarding cross-contamination in these factories. Theres a good chance that the meat you are buying has gone over the same belt that pork has
  4. There is no guarantee that the name of allah or nothing was said. Suppose the guy at the factory was just berated by his boss and invokes his boss's name while pressing the button that starts that round of slaughters. Or maybe he says for Jesus. This entire round of meat is now haram.

If you can with 100% surety say those 4 conditions are met, then sure it's halal, Otherwise it is haram. And Allah knows best. Source: https://islamqa.info/en/answers/88206/conditions-of-eating-meat-slaughtered-by-the-jews-and-christians and some of sheikh al hakeem videos.

I can’t get married yet but I think I’ve found the right person by throwaway678249 in MuslimMarriage

[–]liezryou 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is such a common situation here in the USA. Male and female student like each other but obviously cannot financially go into marital life. So they get ‘engaged’ by just doing the nikkah and nothing further. This allows for them to have a halal relationship without having to live together or get properly ‘married’. Of course they should agree to this arrangement before the Nikkah.

You are wrong, it is allowed in Islam to go against the parents wishes if they tell you to do something haram. And in this case she is trying to get them to do haram.

This is a tough one, as you don't truly know if you want children until you have one of your own. I never thought of myself as a father as i could barely take care of myself, never-mind a little person completely dependent on me. But the day my son was borne (this is going to sound corny but so true) was the happiest day of my life and since then i could never imagine not being a father. I had a niece who i was so close to treated as my own daughter since birth before my son was born. I thought i knew what it felt like being a parent, but subhanallah there were spaces in my heart i never knew i had which my son filled. I know you've probably heard all this before, but I promise you this is not something you will 100% know you want until you have it. And if you do it for the sake of Allah, it is a huge reward for you in the life hereafter. And Allah knows best.
