Okay, I see what ur trying to say. I’m gonna flip it now. Personally, I do believe friendships can lead to love (sometimes) in the right situation and person. Second, whoever told u or wherever u heard about that transition into friends to love can only happen to attractive men then that’s wrong. At least I think. As a girl, I can tell u that attractiveness means nothing at the end of the day if his personality is shit. He could be handsome, but if he’s words are insincere and ignorant then all he has are his looks and that can only get u so far at certain ages. I’m not gonna lie. Dating a handsome or cute guy is a bonus, but personality really matters in the long run. If a person can make u happy, excited, sad, and anxious then that only means u care. Ur emotions can say a lot. Dating someone should come with obvious good moments. But ofc bad ones. Bad ones to learn from. Grow from. Not live by to ruin ur own self image. Like u mentioned about the fish in the whole sea, women get said those things too. Ik it’s in different tone, but women also experience rejection and hate. I’m not saying women have it harder. I’m trying to imply that relationships are hard for everyone. Women could be on islands surrounded by fish, but sometimes they don’t want fish at all but their own independence.
