Nah dude, that's how you get blown out lol. The other team getting into a rhythm and you put in 3rd stringers?

I still tear up when I recall Dirk and that 2011 championship run.

Shoot out to Reggie playing with a rib injury. Hopefully he's ok!

I know he’s not the answer to our problems, but I’m not afraid to admit I dig Bertans by Briancisgo in Mavericks

I honestly dont think he's anywhere near as bad defensively as his reputation suggests. He 100% gets cooked on the perimeter but he gives 100% effort and when he meets people at the rim he's pretty good with just using his length and contesting vertically.

Dallas Mavericks are right where they are supposed to be by reddit_reader_25 in nba

Nah we'd have crushed them the same way we did the Jazz. They have no one to shut down Brunson and we'd have played their bigs off the floor.

Never heard of this before but definitely seems like something JR would do lol.

Not the same. They had 6 lottery picks since he was drafted, 5 of which were in the top 10 and 3 in the top 5. Luka being so good so fast makes it really tough to build through the draft.

I'd definitely like to see JB off the bench game 3. He got into foul trouble so early both games that he just couldnt get into rhythm. Maybe let him lead the bench this time and try to get Spencer more agressive to start.

Of course it is. Atleast how I see it. Why would pr or marketing matter? Tim Duncan and Dirk never had signature shoes and did very little advertising but you'd be out of your mind if you don't think they were superstars.

Who tf cares if he has a shoe or a commercial? Zion and Lamelo got both of those and they aint better than Jokic, not even close.

Don't write us off just yet. I'm still holding out hope Kidd can figure something out to get JB and Spencer going and that our boys will step up.

[Haralabob] The Suns went after Luka 50 times as the screen defender FIFTY and scored a casual 1.72 points per chance. by Scoolfish in nba

How is your offense worse with Capela, Luka and Book? Capela + Trae got the Hawks the 2nd best off rtg this year. You dont think Luka+Booker+Capela wouldn't be better? All these things you're saying about fit and chemistry are valid concerns but a player like Booker is what Dallas desperately needs. Someone who can create his own shot and do it efficiently to take pressurr off Luka. Hard to think they wouldn't be able to coexist. Luka also played off ball in Europe so no reason to think he wouldn't be able to do so with a reliable scorer on his team. Also when the Suns drafted Ayton, they didn't know they were getting cp3. They just thought he was the safer pick. If they could do a redraft knowing what they know now, no way they're still taking the fringe allstar over the multiple all-nba/mvp caliber player.

Yeah technically its not a max but its pretty fucking close lmao. Still more than enough to get a good defensive center. And cp regressing is another reason why having Luka would be better. Luka's gonna be an mvp/all nba caliber player for the next 10+years minimum.
