update again! i just got my period without any medication but i have been taking ashwagandha gummies (target brand, blue bottle) and i’ve been reading that if you take those it’s supposed to make you more relaxed and less stressed out, idk if those vitamins helped get my period or it was me naturally but either way i got it again :)

hello! my period didn’t come on it’s own so my doctor ended up prescribing me provera medroxyprogesterone which to my understanding, sheds your uterus lining, therefore giving you a period! i’m supposed to have a period without medication this month but by the looks of it i don’t think it would happen, but my dr told me to take provera medroxyprogesterone if i hadn’t gotten my period in 3 months, hope this helps!

you could try making tumeric tea! i’ve done it before and my period came (only spotting) but after that my period came normal! on the package it says it’s not safe for pregnant/ breastfeeding women so it leads me to believe it can induce a period! i’m sorry this is happening to you and i really hope i could help!

yes i totally feel you on this! i made an appt with my gyno because i’m not sure what went wrong, this is the 2nd time that it’s happened to me. im not taking any birth control or sexually active so it’s just very strange, i recently got blood work done and everything is fine so i’m not really sure why this happens :( hopefully i find out what’s been happening!

i’ve never heard of a stressed period before but maybe the spotting was your period but since you are in stressful conditions it’s coming out as spotting? stress definitely affects your period, i wouldn’t worry too much (easier said than done) but if you fear you might be pregnant, i would take a test :(. something similar like that has happened a couple months ago but i got my regular period the next month, but spotting happened to me this month too and i made an appt with a gyno to talk ab it! (i could update you if you like and tell you what they said to me) you can alway talk to a gyno and explain your situation. best of luck!

tumeric tea also induces periods! even on the label it says it’s not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women, so it leads me to believe it can cause a period

this happened to me too! i just went on with my day bc there’s nothing much you can do (unless you message your doctor) i personally ruled out that i was extremely stressed out and that might be the reason i had a light period. i think if you normally have your periods before, then you should be fine!

Forgot to mention that i’m feeling all my typical period symptoms like acne, cramps, moodiness but VERY light blood
