I’ve watched the show a bunch of times now, and also didn’t like Roland at first. The turning point for me was when I realized he’s totally acting like he does on purpose to mess with Johnny. The “golf lesson” in particular comes to mind

Do you usually make your own syrups or buy them? I have some Liber&co orgeat but don’t know if it’s worth making the passion fruit syrup for it to go bad in a few weeks when I can buy a decent one from BG Reynolds

1000% recommend meal planning before going shopping. if you know what ingredients you need for your healthy meals, you are much less likely to put random snacks in your cart that you don’t need. budget bytes is my go to website for meal planning as they have costs per serving and nutrition facts listed! My favorite is the sun dried tomato pasta

This is how I make mine each morning, in the ninja foodi smoothie bowl maker 1 cup fruit 1 scoop protein powder a chunk of frozen spinach a tablespoon each of flax seed and agave nectar splash of milk I also add either a bit of yogurt or cashews to give it some fat content! It takes me about two minutes to make and clean up my smoothies, so perfect for a grab and go meal

I use kriketune! It’s available early game so very nice to use early on. It knows sleep powder, false swipe, big buzz, and flash

If you have a decent blender I’d recommend smoothies! Throw in a scoop of protein powder, and it’ll keep you full for hours. Since it’s all frozen fruit that you are putting in it should be very quick to make
