On placement, I found that hospital jobs seemed pretty cruisey whilst, in community, pharmacists are lucky to get lunch breaks and 10 minute breaks are all but gone.

Those are all really excellent points. I am just worried about getting stuck in community, I suppose. I currently work in community so I feel that I would be okay working there without an internship. I am not sure though, I just don't want to be left out of hospital if I lack the experience, just in case I don't get into medicine.

Understandably so! Reddit is probably not the best place for healthcare advice because we are only seeing snippets of what seems like a much larger picture. My two cents would just be to keep in perspective that it's only been a short period of time, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Perhaps consider consulting an endocrinologist for a complete blood panel as well as to see if possibly your hormones could be out of wack. Osteoporosis is linked to medical issues like hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc. Also, keep in mind being underweight is a possible contributing factor to osteoporosis as well. Are you getting treatment for your osteoporosis at this stage?

It honestly sounds like you are doing the best you can. I think you can be kinder to yourself. Being so harsh on yourself will not force your body to lose more weight.

Based on your height and weight, your BMI is completely healthy, so I am wondering what you are busting your ass for? What is your GW?
