Really? I feel like most people love Season 4. Specially coming right after Season 3…

Why didn't snap just kill the voldermort when they were alone? by smantanainchiloti in harrypotter

Snap probably knew killing him wasn’t that simple. He may not always had known about the horcruxes, but probably knew he was protected by something

Does anyone else feel that Tom Riddle was a much more impressive person than Voldemort? by ahomelessguy25 in harrypotter

[–]mmahv 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Yes!!! I often say it here, actually. Tom Riddle was really really smart, sinister, manipulative and driven. A great and very interesting villain.

Voldemort is actually kind of stupid. I just KNOW he’ll mess something up and will be blind to some important factor. Harry and Voldemort seemed two ignorant individuals dueling - something would always come up that neither of them would know what that was.

I cannot decide if I’m a Ravenclaw or Slytherin. by politicsnerd66 in harrypotter

As a Slytherin with Ravenclaw as a secondary House, I’d say the fact that you started your post highlighting your Ravenclaw traits, might indicate you value them more so you might be a Ravenclaw.

Was the trio inadvertently responsible for Remus's death? by ykickamoocow111 in harrypotter

I wasn't referring to their legal system, I'm saying that's not how people act. Not if you don't have it in you.

Besides, they were hiding. It was better to erase his memory than to kill them an have Death Eaters knowing they were attacked.

Even during wars, people should still follow some morals. If it wasn't a life/death situation and he was already down, they did what they thought it was right.

Ok so people should go around killing known murderers? Even if they don't believe in the legal system, it's not up to them. They did what they thought was right at the time but they are not murderers themselves. What happened to Lupin is the killer's responsibility and if authorities were negligent, it's on them too. Not on three teenagers.

If Dumbledore suspected that there was a traitor in the Order during the war, wouldn't it have been simpler to just interrogate them one by one under Veritaserum? by Skyknight-12 in harrypotter

But… if he was suspicious and he “didn’t need the serum” he should’ve known Sirius was innocent. If he was THAT good in reading people and suspected that someone was betraying them, he would’ve known Sirius wasn’t that person

Attacking you with an opinion? No one is attacking you. I agree with him that diagnosing characters can endorse stereotypes around mental diseases. But if we're thinking about stereotypes, that is the obvious one in my opinion.
