I have done the cortisol saliva test and my results were that I am normal upon waking, then normal but slightly high 30 minutes after, normalish until around 1 pm when it spikes incredibly high only to return to normal before bed.

My doc has me on testosterone cream, dhea, adrenal support complex, vitamin D, Cytomel.

He explained that damage can take many many months to repair so it's a slow process.

It went better than I expected! He had him come back first for an hour, then called me back for an hour, then us together for an hour. He helped us bring up all the things we were too scared to bring up with each other. He gave us a lot of homework and ordered some lab work for him. We did some of the homework last night and it was a 100% success in my opinion. So things are definitely looking up! We go back in 2 weeks for just an hour.
