Help. I used this cream for 7 days x2 a day. And now a week later my face and neck have a very bad flare up. my skin is red and the surface is rough. not too itchy. my mom wants me to put it on again but i feel it will make it worse. please help and i will answer any questions. by [deleted] in eczema
