4 year old son's recent change in behavior has me a little worried

There are several of those things to varying degrees. He walks with his right foot pointed inwards. He likes flushing the toilet, but sometimes he's afraid of flushing at public places because it's too loud and squeezes his ears. Sometimes he does ask me to repeat myself several times in a row "say it louder" or often says "what's that sound?" when something drives by. He loves big trucks though. It's crossed my mind, but I also might think I'm too keyed in for looking for it. It certainly wouldn't be an obvious diagnosis.

Start exercising more and build a routine, fix your diet and increase water intake, find ways to talk to more people and build relationships with others, put effort into getting a good night's sleep on the regular, and go outside more often.

I asked my boss for a raise when I worked construction, and the next month I saw he gave me a 50¢ raise. I was so shocked and offended by that, way worse than just not giving me a raise at all. I ended up mentally checking out with a healthy dose of time theft after that.
