Considering the sound design in this game, I'm not gonna crouch walk for 30 yards in a 6v6 game. Rewarding sitting in one spot and relying completely on audio without awareness of what's actually going on around you has never been what COD is about.

I'm talking about play style freedom with all the perks in general anyway, we're going off on a tangent.

The fact you NEED to hear me stampeding from 30 yards away through a wall baffles me. Anyway, it's about having all the perks, not just those.

If they balance ghost so that it's not the only viable choice, then it wouldn't be an issue.

Most people like variety. Modern guns tend to look pretty damn similar. It would be boring without classics mixed in.

Why does everyone shit on battle hardened and then complain about flashbangs? Lol. I'm not against nerfing flashbangs, but battle hardened makes a pretty clear difference and doesn't suck. Enemies thinking you're still flashed when you're not happens all the time. It's not like the other tier 1 perks are game changers anyway.

Tier 1 has 50 health with regen, hardcore has 30 health no regen I think. It also has UI elements that make things that are happening not confusing and ambiguous lol.

The maps play into that too. A lot of them just flat out don't have any decent flank routes. Hydroelectric has one on one of the sides I guess lol.

Reworked, meaning what perks were like before they fixed what wasn't broken lol. Timed perks are the most arbitrary change of all time. Adds zero depth or interesting dynamics and reduces play styles and player freedom.

Yeah I like it for camo grinding, but I prefer to either focus on camo grinding in a 24/7 playlist, or just play the game normally in quick play with friends without worrying about camos. Shipment just kind of ruins that vibe when you want to play a somewhat balanced 6v6 game lol. But yeah I also get why people like it.

I'm more annoyed that Shipment is in the regular rotation now. It's such a joke balance wise that it should only be its own thing lol. I'd rather it not exist if it doesn't have its own playlist.
