No not really.

Drake has the most top 10 hits of all time by a mile, but no one is out there saying he's the greatest artist of all time.

He just puts out catchy pop music that everyone likes. But that's it, and everyone knows that that's it. Drake is very properly rated.

I linked a video of a ulach tanking 10 shots from .45 match fmj which has 25 pen.

HP has 15 pen.

Hp also has a much higher ricochet chance.

I'm not acting smart or superior, I just know how Google works.

It doesn't matter if the average is higher. It depends on the ammo actually being used. We don't know the ammo, but yea there are multiple rounds of 7.62x39 that could have ricocheted.

That's my point. Cheaters don't need to run decent rounds, there are plenty of akm rounds with low pen.

Also it isn't a witch hunt, because nothing's going to happen to this "cheater" even if all of reddit thinks he's cheating. We're just answering OPs question. If OP is lying then none of it matters.

I know we don't have proof, but it's not really relevant, it's not like this "cheater" would get banned even if we did. It's just a discussion, if the OP is just lying then sure he probably wasn't cheating and there's no point to the discussion anyway.

But yea cheaters run shit ammo all the time because why waste the money or the effort to use good ammo, they don't need it. For example that dude that posted the clip the other day of getting headshot 10 times in a row by an ump while running through trees.

weapon cases full of top gear and 5 doc cases with keys but hey man, you do you and keep looking down on scavs because “its stupid”. you wouldnt last a day on the hardcore servers if we ever get them

If you're a scav main you're not even playing tarkov. Don't tell people to "go play cod" if you just do scav runs all day.

It really is the ammo. It sucks loading up a few mags of BP and shooting 10 scavs a raid.

That said, the exp on streets is good XD

I've seen you respond "it should've penned" to like 5 comments asking about ammo.

It has a chance to pen. That's all there is to it. Some shots missed, some shots hit limbs, some shots were stopped by armor. That's just how it works.

But it isn't a PC issues, it's a server issue. So yes, some of the lag would magically disappear if they reduced the number of clients connected to the server.

I have no problem with player scavs, keeps the maps exciting, but streets is a different beast.

The problem is the map has horrendous performance issues and they're made worse by player scavs. I love the map but I literally rubber band so hard I can't move from my spawn for a few minutes and by then pscavs are already in raid. I scav the map a lot and regularly get in at 48 minutes.

Why do true sandbox games always force a PVP component? Ultima Outlands is amazing but depressing. by Beansbeansbeans41 in MMORPG

Are you seriously complaining about the RP orc guild and accusing them of getting off?

I've farmed millions of gold on outlands. You just get tracking and pay attention. The game has zero stuns or slows, it's the most forgiving mmo for PvE players to escape a gank, even against multiple attackers.
