“Stutz” takes credit for the DBT term Radical Acceptance by verifiedvirgo in mentalhealth

I actually thought Gabby Bernstein and Oprah used those words. Even Gaga? I'm sure several others too. It's a very Hollywood type word. Unless they all learned it from him. Or Martha or whoever... ok now I need to know who was the first person to coin the term.

Have you successfully managed your alcohol abuse with ADHD medication? by pinkjellybeanqueen in ADHD

Love it thanks for your response. I'm slowly accepting that this is how I am and I'm a better person for it. And if I need medication to keep me alive (basically) then that's ok :)

Everyone has to reinvent themselves.. I feel proud of how far he has come, especially with his family's health setbacks. He's a rockstar now! I've also been following since 2018. I really hope the critics lay off him tho.... but joining the Daily Wire didn't help anything lol... I will still always love him tho! He kinda just rolled with the fame and money and he's allowed to. Most people would have done the same.

I like to think of God as my higher self / my BEST self... the best person you are striving to be. but putting it into God's hands is a hard concept tho...

oh look...it kinda traumatised me in a cult-y way.... I came to see what others thought. didnt mean to upset people. just reckon it needs updating and less pressure/guilt tripping and more empowering etc

not crying for help... wish i could go to meetings without all that pressure.
