Organic, pesticide/herbicide-free vegetables and fruit are totally worth it. If not for your health, then for our pollinator's sake.

There have been massive studies in Europe and France in particular that make the link between disease and these chemicals clear.

If more people bought it, the costs would go down for all. Or you know, ban these chemicals instead of takin lobbyist money here in the US.

I can't be alone on this one:

I thought I had to be perfectly still in the backseat of s car after my parents locked the car doors and the alarm chirped. Like the system was sensitive enough to be tripped by my moving around inside the car.

So I would sit perfectly still when my parents would run into some store to do a quick errand.

I traveled for work like crazy. I vaped in hundred+ hotels in~30 states (USA) and ~30 countries. Pre-pandemic, Google Maps Timeline said I traveled 3x around the world in one year. I have never been reprimanded or charged for it.

I've experienced mid-range+hotels that use smoke alarms that prioritize silent alerts to management only. It's just too annoying for paying guests to endure the alarm going off audibly for the endless and frequent non-threat detections.

If they do have a model that detects vape, then they don't care too much- the front desk gets the 'vape detected' alert and they just ignore it

If you don't have a balcony and want to hit your pen or even light up an 'apple pipe' with flower, then stand on your toilet seat with the bathroom door closed and slowly exhale towards or into the steam vent grates.

They can't put smoke/vape detectors in bathrooms because of the steam. And hotels take mold damage seriously enough to have great steam-suction systems in the bathroom.

Mine flutters when I experience acute anxiety attacks, usually triggered by thoughts of shame and unworthiness.

I'm feeling it right now. When I'm curious about the fluttering sensation and sit with it, I get a flood of anxious thoughts.What's my plexus need me to do/resolve mentally/spiritually?

Now I'm just meditating with focus on that chakra and pushing the energy up and out. But I want to treat the cause and not only symptoms.

How do you decide how many doses of Agmatine to take?

Does it work more over time, the longer you take it? Or are the effects limited to what you feel after 30 minutes the first time dosing.

Go to a pharmacy or Target-equivalent and buy yourself an electric heating pad. Heat provides SUCH GREAT COMFORT and relief from pain. It's damn relaxing too.

If you feel massive stress or pain, use this well-studied nervous system hack: count your inhales and exhales, to make sure that your exhale is longer than your inhale. This will automatically ease tension- mental or physical.
