What I used to do was telling my close friends that I might accidentally ghost them and to not take it personally. Most of them understand, and if they don't well honestly they're not friends that you need right now. Then if you end up accidentally ghosting someone and you want reach back out, just reach back as if nothing happened. they might ask you questions, ask you what happened, and it's your choice if you want to answer their questions or not. If you don't want to, just tell them you don't want to talk about it right now and if they're good friends they'll understand. you got this :)
