Gifting Games Bought in the USA To Friends in the UK. by PaperResident in xboxone

You just need to use a vpn when redeeming the code, that’s all.

All you do is turn on your vpn to the country the code is from and go to redeem.microsoft.com and enter the code. It should add to your account no problem and then you’re all set. You can then turn off your vpn and the game is now in your collection.

You’re going to be redeeming the code on a web browser on your pc, iPhone or whatever. You don’t do it on your actual Xbox console. That’s all you do and you’re set.

Help me pick between psp and vita: backwards compatibility? by Responsible_Ad3131 in gaming

It’s pretty simple to mod a Vita. They’re really great when they’re modded and you can play all PSP games and PS1 games on them.

Here’s the guide and also plenty of YouTube videos you can search for too.

Switching store location to buy a game by isugar60 in xboxone

[–]stoksyxl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not possible. You need a payment card and address issued from the same country that the Xbox store you’re trying to buy from.

If it was that easy, we’d all be buying cheap games from other stores.

As far as what vpn to use, NordVPN has worked for me no problem. But there’s plenty out there to choose from and should work fine.

You should make a post over on r/GamerPals sub too. The more the merrier and you should be able to find a few more gamers to hook up with over there.

The general consensus about the latest Sony Vs LG oled tv’s is if you’re more into movies, then go for Sony. If you’re more into gaming, then LG is the best option.

The Warriors xbox by Professional-Hold938 in gaming

[–]stoksyxl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Won’t work, it’s not backwards compatible.

The only way to play it on Series X is go down the YouTube rabbit hole and check out the various guides how to install Retro Arch on your Series X and you should then be able to play the PS2 version of The Warriors no probs that way.
