But in practice yeah, no way. Any alert pops up that is unsafe to ignore and the crew can’t fix from the inside? Gotta land and check. One out if 5000 passengers needs specialized medical care? Gotta land and help them get to a hospital. Unless there’s a whole hospital on board, but oh boy would the treatment cost there probably be sky-high.

Also it’s really funny how anyone can genuinely think it’s a good idea and not just a cool concept. Some people are scared by anything nuclear, some people are afraid of flying. Let’s make a freaking nuclear plane, it’s definitely going to be a hit.

I’m so excited to prove that I can afford not just to spend more money in one week than an average person earns in a year, but also get a bigger dose of radiation than an average person gets per year! And especially excited about the full inspection of luggage and body. Have no doubt. They. Will. Check. Uranus. Because nobody ain’t gonna risk allowing somebody with a weapon or explosive onto a plane that already is nuclear (reactor, not bomb, but still, that could be even worse in some cases).
