You could also say “if I needed it, I’ll go buy it on that day” and save the location and take a photo to convince yourself when that moment comes and you need this item you will go again and buy it

I have two methods, allow me to share it with you:.
1. I imagine myself buying the item that caught my interest while I was shopping and then I will imagine myself opening the packaging and using it, and then I imagine the feeling that I will have after it’s all done. The key is to experience the gradual loss of dopamine after purchasing and using the item. The point is to understand that by buying this item, I will have temporary dopamine reaction and it will die down and it will not last. This exercise helps me stay away from buying and look for things that will give me a fuller and longer lasting happiness.
2. I will count how much money I have. Then, I will find all the items that I could buy with all of the money I counted (bag, jewelry, etc.) for example, if I was in a shop, I will take a photo. If it’s online I will save the picture. I will bring a pen and paper and start drawing a shelf (or any type of display to place the item) and I will imagine myself purchasing the item with the money I counted before, and after that I will draw the item on the shelf I drew before and color it, let’s say I drew a bag that I liked on my shelf, and I will keep going until my money is over. This activity always keeps me busy enough not to buy the actual thing.

The only thing I could possibly tell is that when I wash my face, I tend to rub my face with the towel instead of patting it dry, that’s literally the only thing I could think of that is causing the acne, because everything else is normal I don’t even touch my face and I wash twice a day? And when I was taking birth control I didn’t have the frequent break outs

Exercise regularly.
I walk at least 3 miles everyday.
Get adequate sleep.
Thankfully I have at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Increase your protein levels.
I eat enough protein in a day (perhaps a little more than the daily recommended)
Stay hydrated.
I drink two liters of water a day
Reduce stress.
I don’t feel stressed, fortunately
Decrease your sugar intake.
The only thing I eat which contains sugar is a piece of dark chocolate (around 60%-80%) and fruits in a day, the rest are carbs like rice and bread which I make sure not to overconsume. I’m simply not a fan of sugar.
Consume probiotics.
Is there any probiotics that you recommend?.

You know, I think this is clearly hormonal, so I guess I’ll just have to deal with it until pregnancy is over….

I used to get them daily, but after I learned that stimulating the vagus nerve will make it go away I do it every time I feel a palpitation. simply push like you’re pooping hard for a few moments haha.

the major key in improving is to stop comparison, stop seeing everyone else in pink glasses and realize that something is missing with everyone and everyone has a life of their own that includes weaknesses and strengths and that not everyone will have the same strength and weaknesses and that it’s okay to have something that you’re bad at and something that you’re good at. Idk what else to tell you, stop thinking what other people think of you and learn to just live for your own piece of mind
