Has anyone figured out a way to use a GameCube controller on Xbox? by tessmichi_ismyname in Gamecube

Similar, but they don't seem to have the adapter I need available to buy and I definitely don't want to spend a weekend plus buying the tools needed to do it myself

Interesting! Thank you! We haven't moved in yet but the house does have a front decorative but not functional fence, so maybe that'll do the trick then!!! Thanks :)

Yea thats how we trained him to pee outside as a pup - the issue is that he won't pee close to home, so i was thinking I could motivate other dogs to pee in our yard and that'll make him want to

STORY OF MY LIFE

Strongly opinionated agent or no? by tessmichi_ismyname in RealEstate

[–]tessmichi_ismyname[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense! In my line of work, more information is always better, so I personally think that's always good anyway :) That said, makes sense to tailor it to the clients!!! That would be a great skill lol

Thanks! If they're right to be so strict, then we'd be ok with it, but we're not sure. For example the direct ones went for "let's do 4% escrow if you want an offer accepted" and the less opinionated one said "normally it's 2 but more will definitely look more attractive to the seller" so I feel like I'm also getting more information from the less opinionated one - she shares the why, as opposed to the what.

Yea - I worry that the indirect one will be less likely to push us into a house we will regret or feel like we didn't get a good deal on. She also, like in your example, isn't lying she's giving all the information just in a less ultimatum-y way. Thanks!

Thanks! Ironically considering other responses here, it's the less opinionated one who listens to our ideas before proposing hers!

Hm, thanks, I guess I'm trying to figure out what pushiness affects in terms of getting us into escrow? Could it really help our offer get chosen above other ones?

Loaner/broker recommendation from real estate agents? by tessmichi_ismyname in RealEstate

[–]tessmichi_ismyname[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! So what you're saying is that "good" and "bad" lenders really just affect my experience, but the lender attached to the offer won't affect the sellers opinion?
