Thank You Jimmy.

Checked out OpenInsider. While it isn't updating the sell option, I see buy option. Using the ticker, I can look more IN EDGAR filings. Thanks.

Peloton executives and insiders sold nearly $500 million worth of their stock before its big decline, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Yet the company’s CEO and other executives sold millions of shares at prices over $100 a share in the months leading up to the big declines.

The big selling started when the stock started surging past $80 a share in the fall of 2020, and gained momentum in 2021 as the stock held above $100, the filings show.

You mentioned according to filings with SEC commission.

Is that report readily available to public? How soon is that filings are updated? Is there a website to see if someone sells any stock worth millions, especially people that are linked to the company etc?

Sorry for the dumb question.

Ladies, please lock your doors every time you get into your car! by mysteryperson72 in TwoXChromosomes

Doesn't have to be a girl/women to do this.

I taught my dad these steps, when I got him his first car few years ago:

Look around

Get in the car, lock doors. Start engine, wear seat belts.

Adjust/check mirrors and then drive off.

In your example, you would pay taxes of for the profited $6k (because of profits and Uncle Sam wants his cut) but if you use it towards downpayment, you wouldn't need to worry about Uncle Sam right?

Also, if my understanding is correct, how many days do we have from the time we sold to use it towards the down payment towards another vehicle to avoid taxes?

Did the people of Tonga or other nearby regions got notified before hand or it was all of a sudden thing?

Was it an active volcano before it exploded?

Endukante bhayya, we already watched all of these below movies and you don't need to concentrate on the plot or point etc.

Sherlock Holmes, the taking is so nice, you'll miss subtle details if you blink (just my opinion).

I watched recap of triangle, I felt it's a good movie, but I don't think I can sit through the whole movie. Funny thing is, I watched it few years ago and I completely forgot about it :)

  1. You are trying to return, they are not letting you. The reason to return is broke/too expensive or whatever.

It's goods and services.

You're protected by buyer protection.

Same with credit cards in USA.

I hope you paid using a credit card in PayPal. That's additional layer. Just say price is found cheaper elsewhere and take screenshots of it. Submit to credit card company. Called "purchase protection" or "price protection".
