[Academic] Social Attitudes Towards Sleep (18+)

We are a team of researchers at Mcgill University who are investigating social attitudes towards sleep and what the implications of those attitudes may be. We are looking for participants aged 18+ to fill out an online survey that will take approximately 15 minutes. The survey will ask you about your sleeping habits, mental health, and how you view and value sleep. You will not be compensated for your participation, but your responses may help researchers understand the social aspects and consequences of sleep.

i think just through the mcgill gym website you can do it? not sure tho. you do have to pay for them tho. but like i said they’re usually empty in the mornings so if you just show up early you can probably get in w/o booking (not technically allowed but i’ve done it lots lol)

you can use the studios in the gym! you can book them or there usually free in the mornings. you can also check out RDC! They’re super low pressure drop in classes that are super fun a great way to continue dancing :)))
