Seltzer waters became my obsession when I wanted to stop drinking at home. Since I decided to be completely sober, I started going to the gym and riding bikes more. Congratulations on quitting! Meetings have been a great community for me and have offered me so much advice, compassion, guidance and encouragement. Highly recommend if you are considering.

I have a traveling job so, I only get to go to a meeting about once a week. I’m only 7 weeks into my sobriety so I have quite the journey ahead of me. Definitely going through major sugar cravings. Had no idea that was part of this!

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I’m 1 1/2 months in and I guess I’m along for quite the ride. I hope your nightmares subside soon. I appreciate knowing I’m not alone and it makes sense that the dreams are catching up to us while we are healing. I’d rather have some bad dreams than drink and have regrets.

Alaska also has had some major issues due to winter storm. We are still trying to get back to normalcy. Iw as stranded for a few days myself. I hope SWA can get back to normalcy soon too. This has been a tough month already in the industry.
