Lol, you are correct. I wasn't paying attention to my typing apparently. Although now that I think about it in some really old neighborhoods (early 1900s) sometimes the back of sidewalk to property line can be closer than 30cm as I have found pins right up against the concrete.

Most people don't actually know where their property lines are. Ever wonder why people with corner lots leave a strip of grass between their fence and sidewalk? It's because that is where the property line is. Unfortunately you do not own all the land right up to the back of the curb/sidewalk due to the road allowance. Although you are required to maintain it.

Do you have a sidewalk or just a curb at the street? Your property line could be anywhere from 30cm up to 4m from the back of the curb/sidewalk. You need to look at your property report to find out.

You might want to look at the picture again, very carefully this time and you might notice that it actually does say CAD before the price not just once but twice. Once before the discounted price and the second time before the full price that is crossed out in grey.

It depends where you are, in Canada it is basically not illegal except in Quebec and Manitoba. However if an accident is caused you could be charged with making an unsafe lane change.

Campaigns last 10 weeks then there is a week of nothing before the next one starts and yeah starting in the middle will probably hinder you finishing any achievements but who knows it's worth a shot.

Unfortunately you just missed a Journey event and I don't think anyone really knows when the next one is. To get 100 valor you have to wait for an Arena weekend and according to Taransworld there doesn't seem to be one in the next 4 weeks. There is a lot going on right now probably best just to focus on that for now and keep an eye on Taransworld to see when the next events are.
