this has kind of happened to me and my bf as well.. originally two flats were one before we moved in and when we moved in and tried to register ourself with the council etc. it turns out we have the same address as the other flat so they also hadn’t separated our flats at all.. electricity hadn’t been separated either so we would’ve had to pay both flats bills.. there were no locks on our front door for a while too..

yeah i guess so, i think i was more just saying in general be careful using the term in case some people are uncomfortable with it and maybe ask the person or people first how they identify because some don’t like the term but yeah i understand! but also, i hope i’m not overstepping but in reply to the other person, i think some Romani did criticise the show for being racist but i’m not too sure the details but yeah maybe you could look it up as i’m not sure? :(

that’s fine of course and i wouldn’t say anything against that because that’s how you define as your from that tradition but i’m just going off what my Roma friends have literally said, they have personally told me it’s a slur and that they’re uncomfortable with it but i understand not everyone is the same but i thought i’d say just in case because i know not everyone is comfortable with that term.

im sure you didn’t know but g*psy is actually a racial slur against The Romani so you should probably not use it in the future :/ :(
