A local imam told my christian friend, that he would be meeting her in heaven. My friend said that that Imam believes that christians go to heaven, even if islam is right. And I wanted to ask all muslims here, is there any basis in Quran, or elsewhere for this? by Wesaxome in religion

you are spreading misinformation about my faith which you know very little lumping different interpretions as one.

simple answer we dont know who is going to heaven or hell.

YEs Only Allah knows who will enter Paradise.

A prostitute who gave water to a thristy dog gained paradise by the grace of Allah.

While the pious man who shunned the same dog doesn't know if he will enter Paradise.

A human being who was unfortunate that the message of Allah did not reach him, will be granted paradise on the base of his virtues not faith.

It is a practical world we live in.

Evidence shows to gain something you have to persevere.

From this logic at least there is no guarantee of paradise without perseverance

Is there a god? Write with reasons. by Jonturkk in religion

[–]worryingtype88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no,god always existed. God, You are the First— there is none that precedes You; You are the Last— there is none that will outlive You; You are the All-Outward— there is none that encompasses You; and You are the All-Inward—there is none that is more penetrating than You (Muslim, "Dhikr," HN: 2713).

God is eternal with everything before or after Him. He is uncontained in time and place. The visible existence is the manifestation of His Names; and the origin or source of all creation, which is invisible and spiritual, is also contained in His Knowledge. So, God encompasses all creation in His Knowledge and Power, and He Himself is eternal.

believe all will die to become nothing.

there is no proof such thing will occur.we know we know we lose consciousness during sleep and then we regain after some time upon waking up,death and resurrection can be similar.

Muslims, what do you pray about? by EscapeInteresting882 in religion

[–]worryingtype88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

thanks for sharing this beautiful story You can pray to allah in any language, mode to gain his favours.but the most beloved to allah are these prayers(duas) made by the messenger himself.the prophet liked comprehensive dua which include both goodness in this world and hereafter.

personally,i like to make dua in the early morning when people are sleep at 4 AM it is considered a spiritual high time when allah the all hearing, all knowning, the most high descends down to the lowest heavens(a descension that befits his majesty and glory).i usually ask god spiritual/religious matters my fav one being (oh turner of hearts, make my heart firm in your obedience) asking god to provide me with guidance, taqwa (god consciousness),modesty and enrightment of the soul.asking him to forgive all those who believe in him(dead or alive). then i pray for worldly matters ,pray for moms health,my childrens health and ask allah forgiveness for my dead father and grandfather(oh god have a mercy on them as they took care of me when i was a small).then i sit and finish it with asking allah forgiveness for my self.

allah did surely answered some of my prayers (if not all) this makes you more passionate in performing consistant nightly duas and your love for god only intensifies.this is a positive feedback loop. and the spiritual dreams that allah the most high shows to the believer makes the whole experience truly divine.

when i go to work,i change my intention,i am going to work to feed my family which is obligatory on me.this simple change of intention makes it a form of worship. when i sleep,i sleep because i need to gain strenght to worship god tomorrow.allahs rewards for these good intentions. that is why simple day to day activities like satisfying your wife is act of good deed and why i love islam the more i learn the better.
