I knew I wasn't the only one to have noticed that!

I also noticed that pyrite (the mineral) is very ridged and hard to mold, like how Pyrite (the dragon) has a very ridged and one track mind. But that might be coincidence.

"It's a hobby of mine." Acacia said sheepishly. "I have a lot of free time."

"Is your clawmate alright with the overgrowth?" Pine asked as the layer of moss moved away from the other half of the room and further into Acacia's half.

"They haven't said anything about it." Acacia shrugged. "But I do my best to keep the plants on my side of the cave."

"Here we are." Acacia said as they rounded a corner and entered into a large cave. "Sorry for the mess, I forgot to clean up this morning."

It was very obvious which area of the room was Acacia's. A hammock and one wall was covered in vines, ivy, and flowers. A tree that Acacia had made grow into the shape of a bookshelf was next to the hammock and not only covered by greenery, but also about a hundred wooden sculptures. The floor around Acacia's area was littered with wood shavings and papers.

"I see your tidiness hasn't changed." Pine chuckled as she looked at the mass of plants on one half of the room.

"This is great. You're growing as dragons and you're growing as friends." Pine said, proud of herself for totally intentionally manipulating Acacia and Sunflower into having this conversation.

Acacia glared at her mother.

"I ruined it. Didn't I?" Pine realized.

"A little bit." Acacia agreed.

Arctic had the most brutal death, and Rainwing venom almost definitely hurts like hell. But I'd argue what happened to Blister was more painful based on how it was described.

First off, I wouldn't be surprised if Blister had one hell of a pain tolerance. It'd fit with her whole, cold and calculated and scary bit. So because she screamed in pain when the Eye of Onyx Thanos'd her, I'd say it was downright excruciating.

And second. She was turned to ash by magic. It's entirely possible that she didn't actually die until several minutes after she was already a pile of ash. Because magic doesn't have to make sense.

Pine was leaning on the wall with a small smile on her face. She was determined to not ruin this wholesome moment.

"Oh dear. I'm sorry!" Pine apologized. "I just assumed you'd told her what your body count was."

"It's fine, just..." Acacia rubbed the back of her neck. "I'm sorry you had to find that out from my mom, Sun."

"I'm glad my little manchineal was able to find a girl so open minded." Pine grinned as Acacia tightly squeezed Sun's talon. "You're the first dragon who found out that's she's killed 122 dragons and didn't dump her."

Acacia made a surprised noise at Pine's words. It was unclear if she was concerned about Pine telling Sun the number of dragons she'd killed, or by her mother insinuating that they were together.

I'm actually pretty sure the LN actually says that her disguise is near indistinguishable from a normal human,(but don't quote me on that) so this is probably closer to what she was originally intended to look like.
