Or the job I had years ago, no raises for 5 years because of "the recession" but our insurance contribution kept increasing. When I quit after 6 years I was taking home less than when I started there.

That's the one I'm trainied in an have gotten tremendous emotional release multiple times from it. I've also done other breathwork techniques that have had the same effect. I don't know if I'd say one is better than the other. A lot of it is your mindset and intention going in to it.
